This sample pack is clearly not for everybody! As a fan of everything that is sort of true to the source, really phat drums and lots of bass, I've put together this sample pack for everybody who's looking for drums with an analog, oldschool-ish, organic texture.
It's supposed to be just about right for everybody who's after this 'classic' sound but doesnt wanna go all boom bap! For everybody who's a fan of TDE, Dreamville, ProEra etc, this should be just about right! What it is not though is, it's not yet another repackaged, generic trap kit.
You feel me! ;) In the end we've got to be different and original so we can't all use the same type of drum samples or we'll literally all sound the same.
In here, you'll find the type of kicks that you feel in your chest and stomach when you crank up the volume. Kicks that make people go nuts when you use it live! We've tested it!
The snares bring that organic feel and texture of the late west coast sound. Talking 'bout west coast sounds, of course I've got you covered with carefully engineered claps and snaps, too.
And as a huge lover of NeoSoul and its sonic aesthetics there's got to be some dope rimshots in there, that's for sure! Put a little reverb on it! Yes! Do it!
Because it is so crucial to tune your drums to the key of your song and make your drums sit right in the mix, I've key labeled all kicks, snares, 808s and rimshots, so you know exactly what you're dealing with.
And of course, that's not all!
