  • Can I make money, as an artist, off of the songs I make with the beats I bought in your beat store?
    Generally, yes. The extent though, depends on the license you have purchased and the prevailing rights that come with it. If
  • Do I have to pay the producer a percentage of the royalties I accrue?
    The kits on my site are royalty free for online beat leasing and small (under 1 million stream) releases. However, once a release/song made with one of my beats has reached over 1 million streams, the loop must be cleared and the royalties / publishing will be split fairly.
  • Can I use the song I make to a beat from your beat store in a youtube video?
    Yes. Simply check which license is right for you. If you have any problems with the purchase, please reach out to me via info@davidparq.com.
  • Do you use samples?
    Usually I don't. If so, the samples come from splice, wavs, tracklib. A beat that contains a sample that needs clearance is marked with (**) at the end of the name of the beat in the beat store.
  • How do I credit the producer?

  • How long does it take for me to receive my purchase?
    All non-exclusive purchases are sent instantly upon payment. Please allow up to 24 hrs for receipt of exclusive purchases.
  • What are trackouts, or stems?"
    “Trackouts” or tracked out audio files, aka “stems” are the separate audio files the make up a particular instrumental. For instance, the kick, snare, synth, piano, and so on are all separate audio files that comprise the instrumental. These are useful for high-end mixing projects where the engineer may need to customize the mix of the instrumental around your vocals. All stems are sent unmastered.
  • Will the beat be removed from the website once I purchase it?
    If you do not earn the exclusive license, no, the beat will not be removed from the site, so others will be able to buy the same beat to use it for their songs.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept all major debit/credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover), PayPal and more.
